New Prescriptions

STEP 1
Get your prescription on file with us. According to state and federal pharmacy laws your veterinarian must fax, mail or call in the prescription. If you are given a hard copy this must be mailed in to us, using the address below.

If you do not already have a prescription, obtaining one is easy. There are two easy ways to obtain a prescription.

1) Simply ask your veterinarian for a prescription. Click here to get our Prescription Request Form. You can print it out, have your veterinarian fill out and ask him to fax back to us. If he is unable to fax, you must mail the hard copy before we can ship your order out.

2) Provide us with you veterinarian’s fax number and we will fax a prescription request to your veterinarian for you.

STEP 2
Order your prescription product as you would any other product. Click on the medication you wish to order. Enter the quantity you need and check out just as you would with any other product you order.

STEP 3
Check out. It is that simple!

Refills
Prescription refills are even easier. If we already have you prescription on file, simply add the prescription items to your cart along with any other items you are ordering, and check out.
