A prescription is required for some products. To place an order that requires a prescription, we need to have a prescription on file. You may ask your veterinarian for a prescription or present your veterinarian with our prescription request form. If you would like us to contact your veterinarian and obtain a prescription for you, please include your veterinarian's fax number with your order and we will fax a prescription request on your behalf. According to state and federal pharmacy laws your veterinarian must fax, email, or call in the prescription. If you are given a prescription hard copy this, must be mailed to us, using the address below

Refills
Prescription refills are even easier. If we already have you prescription on file, simply add the prescription items to your cart along with any other items you are ordering, and check out.
