PetMeds2Go.Com guarantees prompt delivery of all pet prescriptions and pet supplies ordered.
If for some reason we are unable to dispatch your order within two days of receipt of your order PetMeds2Go.Com will contact you so that we may make alternative arrangements.

DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 2 to 5 working days Monday to Friday for delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are calculated utilizing USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

PRESCRIPTION REQUIRES
We can call/fax/email your veterinarian. During the checkout portion of this website we will ask you for this information. Please give us the name of your veterinarian and pet. If you have a prescription you must mail it to us after the order is placed. If you are an existing customer and this is a refill we will have your information on file and you can let us know while checking out.

RETURNS
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days. A return authorization number will be assigned, providing the product or products to be returned are in resaleable condition. Product(s) returned without a return authorization number or past the 30 day deadline, will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Due to state and federal regulations we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications once they have been shipped.
